My nose is slightly short and a bit bulbous, and my nostrils are also slightly large, so I think it would be nice if the nasal tip could be gathered just a little more and lowered only very slightly. For upturned nose surgery, they take ear cartilage and use it, right? But I don’t have an upturned nose, and my nose isn’t that short either, so would it be difficult to lower it without using an implant?
