It feels like they have a shape they are pursuing that is clearly fixed. However, that shape does not fit me well, and by my standards it felt unnatural. They pursue lowering the nasal tip to make a right-angle shape and draw a nose that projects forward with septal extension. The consultation is based on the photo taken before the consultation.
