My nasal bridge is low and I have a bulbous nose, so I do want to try nose surgery, but implants worry me a bit. They say the rate is low, but there can be side effects like inflammation or contracture, so I kept looking on YouTube and saw that there are surgeries done without implants too. If my nasal bridge is low and I have a bulbous nose, would there not be much effect? I like natural-looking surgery, but I'm worried because it also can't be too ineffective
