I had revision nose surgery but the line is way too ski-slope-like and I have a bulbous nose, and they raised the tip too much with donated rib cartilage so it looks weird Because my nasal bridge was originally low, I’m wondering if keeping the tip height and using a custom silicone implant would make it a straight nose. If anyone knows, please tell me. And if you use a 3D implant, can it also be made with a bit of a hump like Nam Joo-hyuk’s nose? I feel like a small hump is kind of handsome
