They said it’s not shaving down the cheekbones, but because my cheekbones are a bit long, they’ll cut the bone without dissection, with the muscle still attached, and pull it upward, so there won’t be sagging. They also said that while pulling it upward, they’ll slightly trim the left-right width, but doesn’t that definitely cause sagging?
