Before before before after after after after This is my review 5 months after having surgery with Director Kwon Jae-hyun at Soda Plastic Surgery! I had 3 types of facial contouring and facial liposuction. I debated a lot over whether or not to do the cheekbones, but I didn’t have the confidence to go through major surgery twice, so I decided on all 3 types and proceeded only to the extent of correcting asymmetry without shaving too much!! I also went to plenty of consultations at other places and compared prices too, and honestly, I can’t say Soda was cheaper than other places, but this was surgery on my one and only face, so I trusted the director more than the money. I looked up a lot of reviews too, and he was kind enough to be called “Kwon Sweet,” and he accurately picked up on my problems and concerns. So seeing that made me decide I should do it here~~ Because it was major surgery, I had a lot of worries, and it was my first time having general anesthesia instead of sedation, so I was worried, but when I had the surgery I went alone, and only had an acquaintance come pick me up at discharge, which was enough, so there was nothing to worry about. The director also told me, right until before I entered the operating room, “I’ll perform the surgery safely and well,” so I felt reassured. From the day of discharge until day 3, I could barely eat, and there was pain too, but I took lots of walks in front of my house, consistently took medicine to reduce swelling, and I think I slept sitting up for a week~ I’m the type who gets a lot of swelling and bruising anyway, so I just accepted it and went about my days, and at some point my mouth started opening little by little, and I ordered porridge from Bonjuk and had it blended and ate that~~ And from the 1-month mark, there was swelling, but no inconvenience in daily life, and from the 2-month mark, I went around without wearing a mask!! And now that I’m at 5 months, hearing that I’m pretty wherever I go has become part of daily life haha. They say residual swelling keeps gradually going down, so I’m looking forward to what comes next, and I think I did well to have courage and get the surgery~ I even think I should have done it earlier. Unless I say it, people don’t even know I had surgery, and I think my self-satisfaction is huge!!
