I’m a guy in my early 20s, and I went and got facial contouring done like a moth to a flame. I think it turned out pretty well and I’m satisfied, but I used to have no double chin at all and now I have one. Could this be swelling, or is it that the skin has sagged downward? I’m exactly one month post-op. I had zygoma reduction and long-curve square jaw surgery. Even with long-curve square jaw surgery, can swelling occur around the double-chin area?
