Autologous costal cartilage is used a lot for revision rhinoplasty, right? I went for consultations, and more than half recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I’m considering it. I’m curious about the incision scar and also how the shape turns out. Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at ㅌㅍㅇㅅ, ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, or ㅌㅇㅅ?
