The director seems fairly kind. They spent quite a long time on the consultation and explained things in detail. But they recommended canthoplasty. The consultant was neither kind nor unkind. If I asked a question, they just answered right away. It doesn’t seem bad, but I don’t think I’ll have surgery here.
