Today is day 2. The hospital told me to come in for disinfection today, so I went and had it disinfected, and I think they applied ointment. They said I should come next Tuesday to have the stitches removed. I had it done in Suwon. If you’re from Suwon, it’s a place you may know. lol The one in front of Galleria Department Store.. When I first had the consultation, the doctor didn’t talk much and didn’t explain much, so I felt uneasy. I went after hearing rumors, but I was worried, what if it turns out badly. It’s been over 5 years since I started going around using eyelid glue, so my eyes had stretched as much as they could, and I had the surgery while I was taking a leave of absence from school. Originally I wanted buried sutures, but I open my eyes using my forehead muscles, so I had developed wrinkles. After seeing that, the doctor said I needed ptosis correction too, so it would be done by incision. They checked the line a few times, then immediately set a date and I had surgery yesterday. After reading surgery reviews, I was really scared because of the anesthetic injections, so I kept asking if they could do sleep anesthesia, but ended up just doing it. Only when they anesthetized my left eye did it hurt enough to make me tear up, and after that there was no pain at all. In the middle, there was the sound of something being cut, a slight smell of something burning, and a feeling of my eyes being pulled.. They said if I put strength in my eyes, I’d bruise, so I kept repeating a chant in my head haha It doesn’t hurt at all, relax your eyes That’s how the surgery went, and I think it took a little over an hour. Yesterday the tape was on, so I didn’t know my eyes looked this grotesque, but today when they removed the tape during disinfection, I looked like a monster haha Still, I’m comforting myself by thinking it’s only been 2 days and the stitches haven’t even been removed yet.. Anyway, now I’m worried about getting the stitches removed Is there anyone who had surgery at the same hospital as me?? Please leave me a message or reply
