I am a man, and I am researching for my first surgery for a bulbous nose, but I am really worried about side effects I heard that for a bulbous nose, they often raise the nasal tip a lot using donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, but my friend had revision surgery with donated costal cartilage and said it was so hard that he was having a hard time. For a bulbous nose, what other usable materials are there?
