I’m having my first nose surgery today... I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight, right?

Sigh, I’m someone who cares more about sleeping than eating, so I’m worried whether I’ll be able to sleep tonight after having surgery this afternoon. Were you all able to sleep at least somewhat well?
