In 2018, when I was in high school, my nose was such a complex for me that I went with my parents and got rhinoplasty. At first, I was satisfied and happy with my higher nose, but as time passed, the columella lifted and contracture developed, so the silicone border became very visible, and I ended up having revision surgery 10 years later.
