I'm thinking of getting functional nose surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty, and when I had a consultation, they said I have a deviated septum and that my inferior turbinates are very swollen. So I'm looking a lot into ENT clinics, but there are also many comments saying functional nose issues can recur, and many posts saying it's not easy to get functional nose surgery and cosmetic rhinoplasty done well at the same timeㅠ I'm also wondering whether I should just get cosmetic rhinoplasty first and then have rhinitis surgery separately later. I want to hear some surgery reviewsㅠ
