Director: Maybe it’s because the doctor has a very long career, or maybe it’s experience, but I was surprised that he set the line I wanted and that suited me in one go. (At other places, they would set it like monolids or the line they set looked odd, so my expectations for doctors checking eyelid lines had been dropping.) He only talked about what my eyes needed and didn’t recommend anything unnecessary, which was good. Consultation manager: I went in worried because reviews said the consultation manager was unfriendly and pushy, but she was kind and the response was fine. The consultation was delayed because of previous patients, and she apologized several times. I also asked what the consultation manager thought, and she gave good advice. But it’s a place I keep hesitating over no matter how many before-and-after photos I look at, so I didn’t book surgery right away. I plan to visit more places. Surgery is X
