Recently, I was diagnosed at an ENT clinic as having a perforation, so I'm looking into surgery. I was told the hole inside my nose is larger than expected and that both sides are perforated, and since it was a neighborhood clinic, they said they don't perform that kind of surgery. So I'm looking for hospitals specializing in perforation surgery. On top of that, I also have rhinitis. I'm also considering university hospitals, but the only one I know is Seoul A.S. Hospital, and among regular nose-specialty clinics, not many perform perforation surgery, so I don't have much information.
