Is there a way to choose a clinic for under-eye fat repositioning?

I’m a man in my mid-30s. I visited a clinic for a consultation on under-eye fat repositioning, and they said I don’t have much fat under my eyes, but the tear trough lines are distinct and my anterior cheeks are especially sunken, so they discussed doing under-eye fat repositioning together with fat grafting.
