Something like this came out of my nose. Did something fall off during surgery? Does it not matter? My runny nose was dripping, so I looked and saw something shiny like aluminum lolololololololol. It probably doesn’t matter, right? Ughhhhhh, I still can’t really even feel my nose running lol
