Revision Rhinoplasty With Hump Reduction and Osteotomy Changed Me Dramatically

<Before surgery><After surgery>Hello! I recently had revision rhinoplasty at a plastic surgery clinic. I had hump reduction + osteotomy, and for the nasal tip, donated costal cartilage was used with quadruple fixation. Since it was revision surgery, I looked into it carefully, and I went because the surgeon seemed to have a lot of revision surgery experience and the clinic seemed well known for revision rhinoplasty~ I also liked that it was a single-doctor clinic, and I liked that the consultation was detailed. The consultant was also kind during the consultation and didn’t add extra charges or ask for anything else, so I was able to finish the consultation comfortably and schedule the surgery. Honestly, at first I was a little scared, but the recovery process was less painful than I expected! Right after surgery, there was swelling and bruising, but after about a week, I could see it gradually settling in naturally. More than anything, even though it has only been one month, the nose shape is much more refined and suits my face well, so I feel good every time I look in the mirror. The nasal tip is naturally lifted too, so I’m very satisfied, and the hump area was cleaned up neatly, so my side profile looks much cleaner. During recovery, as long as I managed it well, there was almost no scarring or discomfort, so I returned to daily life quickly~
