I went to 2 places. One place recommended costal cartilage + ear cartilage for the nasal tip and donated dermis for the nasal bridge. The other place recommended only costal cartilage for the nasal tip and diced costal cartilage for the nasal bridge. For the first one, I’m worried about the absorption rate of the donated dermis and the chance of inflammation since it’s not my own tissue. For the second one, I’m worried that using only costal cartilage for the nasal tip might make it look pointy later, and whether the nasal bridge might become uneven. Please recommend what I should do
