Can only the nasal tip be corrected during revision surgery?

When I had surgery 2 years ago, I wanted the nasal tip to be slightly higher, so that’s what I did. But after the surgery, when I looked at it, the tip felt like it rose sharply compared to the bridge, so it looked awkward. Anyone could tell it looked like a surgically done nose. This time, while getting revision surgery, I want to lower it again so it looks natural. In a case like this, would they have to touch the nasal bridge too during revision surgery? If so, I feel like it would be a major surgery and cost more. I’m thinking of going for consultations with Cha Min and Jung Won, but usually, if it’s revision surgery, should I assume silicone replacement is basically mandatory? Please help me out.
