I disliked how my nose spread when I smiled and how it looked bulbous, and it also made my nose look long, so I got rhinoplasty. Among them, I chose the clinic where I liked both the design and the director, and they understood exactly what I wanted, so the result came out exactly with the line I had imagined. For the materials, I had a custom implant placed on the nasal bridge and had the surgery done using septal cartilage. I felt that both the director’s skill and aesthetic sense are important.
