I’m in my mid-60s. These days, my eyes tear up often and feel dry, so I’d appreciate recommendations for a good place. My eyes are on the larger side, my lower eyelashes are almost gone, and I have a lot of protruding under-eye fat. I think I’ll definitely need lateral canthal fixation after fat repositioning.
