I had struggled with dark circles for a long time, so while looking things up on YouTube I came across Go Ik-su Plastic Surgery. Back then I was still inexperienced and didn’t know much about cosmetic surgery, so I went to the clinic and had surgery without looking for detailed reviews about it. The advantages of the panda dark circle surgery they explained there, where they remove some of the under-eye fat and do microfat grafting over it, felt logical to me, and I trusted it enough to go ahead with the surgery. In the end, I realized why this clinic had bad reviews. My under-eye area instead became a little sunken, and wrinkle-like lines appeared. When I brought this up at the follow-up, they kind of seemed annoyed and brushed it off, saying it wasn’t sunken and that it was normal for it to be that way. Since then, I’m now considering microfat grafting at another clinic.
