My previous nose had an L-shaped silicone implant, was slightly crooked, and had contracture. Also, the asymmetry of my nostrils and nasal alae was severe, so to improve that part, I had revision surgery using full autologous costal cartilage. The nostril asymmetry improved, but I can see some warping, and I think my nose became too big and high for my face, so my image changed completely. I look older, and the nose really doesn’t suit my face. It’s only week 2, and the hospital said they would touch up the warping after 6 months and lower the nose too, but I’ve heard there are many cases where warping happens again.
