People who already knew me said nothing changed after surgery, but people seeing me for the first time said it looks very obvious that I had surgery I also have a foreign-body sensation, and I had it done with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. I’m planning to just remove everything completely. Would it be okay to do alar reduction while removing everything? I’ve made reservations at ㅅㅇ and ㄱㅇㅅㅍㄹㅁ.
