I’m really curious about something. When I look at people here who had their septal support or extension removed, some people have everything removed, while others leave the support in place and do things like cartilage rearrangement, keeping the support, reconstructing the removed support, or tying cartilage. Some people want to leave nothing behind and remove absolutely everything. I also want everything removed, but if everything is removed, won’t the nose tip still end up not returning to its original shape and sagging? I’ve searched forum posts everywhere and some people remove everything, while others leave the support, so I’m confused. I also haven’t seen many people who are more than a year outㅠㅠ Please tell me...
