After surgery for a deviated septum in 2020, around October 8, 2021, I had rhinoplasty with hump osteotomy, right spreader graft, crooked nose osteotomy, silicone on the nasal bridge, nasal tip cartilage suturing, ear cartilage, Megaderm, and alar base reduction. I really disliked the result, so 17 days later, on October 25, I had early removal. Silicone, nasal tip ear cartilage, and Megaderm were removed. However, when removing them, I also had the nasal lengthening done during the spreader graft and the cartilage repositioning addressed, but my nasal tip is blunt, so I want to remove the spreader graft and release the cartilage back to my previous bulbous nose shape. I’m really curious whether side effects might occur later…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
