I had nasal tip surgery using ear cartilage for septal extension, but recently after a friend accidentally hit my nose, the nasal tip sometimes turns red, the outside itches, and the inside of one nostril itches tooㅠㅠ Should I go in for a visit, or could it be temporaryㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
