Only the nasal tip is pointy, it doesn't suit my image, and the nasal tip is upturned, so I want to remove it. Ridiculously, the hospital told me to press down on the nasal tip. I said the nasal bridge also seems crooked, and they told me to push that in the opposite direction too. I decided on the hospital way too hastily. I can't sleep.
