I’m about to have a tertiary revision rhinoplasty, but I don’t really remember whether I had septal extension grafting or not. It’s been a long time since the surgery, about 7 years, so is there a way to find out whether I had septal extension grafting? The clinic where I had my plastic surgery merged with another clinic, so I’m also not sure whether my surgical records would still remain ㅜ And if I did have septal extension grafting, is revision rhinoplasty still possible afterward? I’d also like to hear reviews from people who have done it. Let’s share together

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
