I’m about to have a tertiary revision rhinoplasty, but I don’t really remember whether I had septal extension grafting or not. It’s been a long time since the surgery, about 7 years, so is there a way to find out whether I had septal extension grafting? The clinic where I had my plastic surgery merged with another clinic, so I’m also not sure whether my surgical records would still remain And if I did have septal extension grafting, is revision rhinoplasty still possible afterward?
