I somehow ended up deciding to get nose surgery, and it has been 5 years since I had surgery as naturally as possible, with osteotomy of the hump, using septal cartilage and about 1-2 mm of silicone. I did it without knowing much, so as time went by I became really worried about side effects and thought a lot about removal. But the more I looked into removal, people said they often regret the shape, and even now after surgery, my nose is so unattractive that no one can tell I had surgery, so since I already had surgery, I also want the shape to at least become prettier.
