Those Who Had Early Removal

Eight months ago, while having functional surgery, I had septal extension using septal cartilage. After 15 days, I had the extension removed, and regarding the part where posterior septal bone was harvested, the surgeon only explained that the septum had been left. When I went for a removal consultation, they looked at the records and said there is soft tissue at the nasal tip and that the septum was reinforced inside. If I remove it, the place I consulted yesterday said it would probably be better to remove only the soft tissue, and that if I remove that septal cartilage too, the nose will become upturned. But even now, it looks slightly upturned to my eyes. I’m conflicted about whether to remove this or not, because in the doctors’ eyes, they say it looks fine. What’s uncomfortable is that the nasal tip feels tight, like it’s tied up, and maybe it’s because they brought the original nasal alae closer together…
