I’m 8 years post-rhinoplasty. I had been doing fine without any problems, but suddenly 2 weeks ago my nose started aching and feeling tight, so I got antibiotics prescribed at a local ENT clinic, took them, and now it has gotten better. Because it was the first time I had felt something like this after rhinoplasty, I was anxious that inflammation or contracture might happen again, so I decided to remove the implant. Removal at the clinic where I had the surgery was the cheapest option, but they had also messed up my eyes twice, and during the nose surgery they put in an implant I didn’t know about, so my trust in them dropped.
