About 15 years ago, I had one rhinoplasty using ear cartilage and silicone. At present, I have a contracted nose. Starting about 8 years ago, my nostrils began to look slightly asymmetric, and from about 3 years ago, it seems they had been deforming like a contracted nose. During that time, I did not have obvious visible inflammatory symptoms such as severe pain, visible inflammation, swelling, or odor, but very subtly and irregularly, I would feel aching, then tightness, then it would be okay, then I would feel a pulse-like sensation, cycling through these feelings. Can this kind of case also be considered inflammation?
