<Post-op nose><Natural nose><Current desired nose shape><If the septal cartilage is removed from the area shown in the first photo, would it look like this? ㅠ>Hello, I had rhinoplasty last November, so it has been a little over 8 months. I had a hump nose, so the hump was shaved down and no silicone was inserted. The nasal tip was raised with septal cartilage, and from the hump to the nasal tip, the step-off was augmented with septal cartilage. I also had rhinitis treatment.
(What I’m curious about) If the septal cartilage that was added because of the step-off from the hump to the nasal tip is removed, could I get the shape I want? I want a nose shape where it goes straight down from the protruding hump area to the nasal tip, like a step-off? a straight downward line?
Also, from the columella to the nasal tip, it feels too round, thick, and large. Does that mean the nasal tip material needs to be removed, or would it become lower if the septal cartilage added to the nasal bridge is removed?
I’m glad the drooping nasal tip improved, but the things placed on? the tip are too high, and the bridge-to-tip height is also too high, so I’m dissatisfied ㅜ
If this is possible: 1. Leave the nasal tip as it is and remove the septal cartilage added to the nasal bridge by a closed approach 2. Full removal and cartilage repositioning (I want to go back to my natural noseㅜ) 3. Surgery at the hospital where I originally had it done, or surgery at a hospital specializing in removal/reconstruction
