These days I feel a pulling sensation in my nostrils. Especially when I am lying down, I feel like my nostrils are being pulled, so I sometimes hold my nose while sleeping. There still is no major change in appearance, but the feeling keeps being tight and pulling, and sometimes the nasal tip feels very heavy and pressed down. The nose is soft from side to side, but the nasal tip is hard. I currently know it as septal cartilage, but they may have used an implant, so it could be hard because of that too, but I am scared it might be contracture. The hospital that did the surgery says it is not, and only says it is psychological. I never had this for over 10 years, but lately...
