About 3 years ago, I had surgery with septal extension, a piece of septal cartilage, and cartilage placed on the nasal tip, and two and a half months ago I had complete removal surgery. After rhinoplasty, I had lived without any problems, but from early this year I suddenly started feeling tenderness in my nose. It feels like my nose is being pressed down firmly, like it’s tightening or being pressed. But this sensation isn’t like “it hurts so much I’m dying”; it’s more like a subtle pressure that continues 24 hours a day. There was no external change. When I lie down, I feel a sense of weight shifting depending on the direction, and because of these issues I went to hospitals…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
