About 10 years ago, I had surgery with 45 mm silicone and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. Because the silicone has become crooked and I sometimes have intermittent tenderness and anxiety, I went for a consultation to have it removed. But now that I am actually thinking about removal, I am wondering whether I should have surgery because of all sorts of concerns: feeling a sense of loss after taking it out, whether the nasal tip might turn upward, whether the nostrils might become uneven, and although I want a closed approach, whether they will inevitably have to do an open approach and leave a scar on the columella ㅠㅠ They said there is no inflammation, so I do not have to remove it right away, but with the opinion that if I am going to remove it anyway, it is better to remove it sooner, I keep thinking dozens of times a day about whether I should remove it now ㅠ One...
