If the nasal septum is deviated or the nasal roof has collapsed, would it get better if I do a full nose removal? Or would it be right to do a full removal first and then go to an ENT clinic to get surgery?ㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
