I don't have inflammation, but because of a foreign-body sensation and cartilage showing through, I set a date for total removal I went to two of the top three and visited more than 10 private clinics famous for revision rhinoplasty before deciding, but the truth is there is no clinic with a 100% success rate, so I am really anxious I think I got burned at a famous large hospital and had a ghost surgery I only looked for private clinics, and after removal, I'm not going to touch my face anymore I only had the nasal tip done, but if anyone has had a septal extension removed, I would like to hear your review.
