My original nose was wide and low, a pressed-down nose like a Moai statue or a dol hareubang. But the extension was made too long, so I’m going to remove it. Since I don’t want it to spread, I’m debating whether to leave the support strut or just do total removal. I’m thinking of ㅅㅇ or ㅍㄹㅁ, but if I go with ㅍㄹㅁ, would they be able to improve the spreading a bit more than ㅅㅇ? I’ve already gone around to a lot of hospital consultations, so I want to stop now
