When removing, what happens to the support strut? I only used ear cartilage and silicone, and I’m 10 months post-revision. I’m going to remove it because of a foreign-body sensation. The silicone is also a bit deviated to the right, so there is a shadow on the nasal bridge area. The silicone is about 45 mm.
