The taped one is my current state, and the bare-nose one is before implant removal. Originally my nose was a bit big, so I asked them to operate to make my nose a bit smaller, but they made it even higher, so I removed it. My original nose had a bit of an arrow-nose feel, but the director said he made it so it wouldn't droop, so I'm satisfied. I don't know how it looks to other people, but does it seem better after removing it?9
