I’m planning to have surgery before this year ends, but I’m torn. My original nose was a bulbous nose, and in 2007 I was told it was 3-4 mm silicone, but when I went to another clinic, they said it was either 3 or 4 mm. I had ear cartilage stacked at the nasal tip. My current nose condition is that the silicone is bent to the side and is noticeable. The columella is also slightly deviated, and there is a visible border between the right nostril wing and the nasal tip. Also, when viewed from the front, my nostrils look horizontally laid out. I think it’s because the alar cartilage has no strength and keeps drooping. When I touch the right nostril, I feel like I can feel cartilage. This is just my personal thought. So …
