Not an osteotomy to shave down a hump, but has anyone had silicone removal after a lateral osteotomy to narrow a wide nasal bridge? I’m worried whether the nasal bridge might become too low or unevenㅠㅠ I’d be grateful if you could let me know

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
