I was active on N Cafe, but there wasn't much information about removal, so while searching I heard there was a lot of information in this community and came here I had surgery using silicone for the nasal bridge and donated costal cartilage for the nasal tip, and it's been a little over 3 years since the surgery. Can it be removed cleanly? I can feel my skin getting thinner and thinner, so I want to remove everything
