I’ve lined up ㄹㅋㅋ ㄱㅇㅅ ㅊㅁ ㄱㅅ ㅅㅅㅇ ㅍㄹㅁ ㅁㅅㅇ like this. Are there any places I should avoid? I want full removal and I’d prefer not to have revision surgery if possible I do think I may need extension with ear cartilage because of the columella, but if anyone has had removal done, I’d be really grateful if you could share your review.
