I’ve lined up ㄹㅋㅋ ㄱㅇㅅ ㅊㅁ ㄱㅅ ㅅㅅㅇ ㅍㄹㅁ ㅁㅅㅇ like this. Are there any places I should avoid? I want full removal and I’d prefer not to have revision surgery if possible ㅠ I do think I may need extension with ear cartilage because of the columella, but if anyone has had removal done, I’d be really grateful if you could share your review.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
