I have my surgery date scheduled for L-shaped silicone under local anesthesia. Would it be okay to go alone, get it done, and come back? It takes about an hour to get home by intercity bus. Does it hurt a lot?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
