10 years ago, I only put straight silicone in the nasal bridge, with no nasal tip manipulation. Recently, the foreign body sensation has gotten severe, so I'm looking into removal, and they said they would remove the silicone and capsule and also do cartilage repositioning. Are there cases where they do repositioning like this even though the nasal tip is just my original nose? My original nose is a bit upturned, and they say that if they don't do repositioning, the nose will lift up, but only this clinic told me this, so I'm worried

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
